I needed a wide range of procedures in one visit and all were performed exceptionally well. Dr. Beltran and her staff show a high level of attention to detail to the patient and the issue at hand. I will be going back for cleanings and whitening sessions (I'm a coffee addict!!). I have finally found my preferred dentist!!
Payment estimates are always spot on, staff is always so friendly I feel like I would grab drinks with them afterwards :) and I've only had to wait once for Dr Beltran (it was an emergency situation and another person had a plane to catch), and I was happy to do so. Staff (Monica) is professional, polite and informative. Leah, the hygienist helped me relax, as I'm afraid of metal objects in my mouth. Dr. Beltran, dental procedures were carefully explained before starting. I traveled to west coast and Impressions Dental assisted by working with new dentist so I could continue my treatments when I recently returned.
Dr Beltran and her staff are always so friendly and personable! Good at what they do! I have been going here for two years now and wouldn't have it any other way. Maybe I'm just a low maintenance patient and know how to keep good oral hygiene. But I would skip the negative reviews. Blasphemy!
The office here is definitely a grade above the dental offices I went to as a kid, as everyone is super nice and helpful. Also, everything just feels very modern and high-tech for a dental office. I had a dental emergency recently and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on very short notice and worked with me on everything that had to be done. Couldn't be more appreciative of everything they did. As thanks, I promise I'll try to floss more by the next cleaning!
