I would NOT recommend – My teeth whitening experience was not the best here. I found the staff to be incredibly rude and unpolite. Is this the worst thing that could happen in a dental office?..no. However, why put up with this when you can go to a thousand other places in Chicago..?
The office was extremely warm and inviting and everything was taken care of in a very efficient and professional manner. Procedures and costs were explained in simple terms and Dr. Beltran made sure to keep me involved in the diagnosis and planning steps. I am very pleased with my first visit and look forward to returning - how often can you say that about a trip to the dentist?!
