My daughter recently married and we checked out many bridal salons. Impression Bridal had the most knowledgeable and courteous staff. Our consultant, Summer, was always available and happy to assist. We purchased my daughter's wedding dress (it was gorgeous!), all the bridesmaids' dresses and mother-of-the bride dress from them. They were all stunning and came in well ahead of the wedding! TOO BAD THEY ARENT CLOSED – I had the worst experience in this Bridal Salon. My friend is getting married and I met her to look at some gowns. When I walked in a client of mine was there with her daughter . They were trying to decide between 2 dresses. My client asked which dress did I like more and I said "the first dress"/ Promptly the RUDE BITCH OLD HAG sales person snapped my head off because the clients daughter had settled on the the second dress (which I didn't know). DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! AWFUL!!! – Please do not go to this bridal salon. I know it is tempting because they sell great designers, but trust me when I say that the service you get is NOT worth the price. Go to another store and buy the same dress, but do not give Impressions your business!!! There are people that work there that are caring; however, these people are not the standard at Impressions. Awful Experiance – THE WORST, MOST UNHELPFUL, RUDE, AWEFUL, DISHONEST, INSULTING PEOPLE EVER! My fiance ordered her wedding dress here and not only was it a month late getting here, it was the completely wrong dress so revealing that a street walker wouldn't wear it, let alone a girl on her wedding day. My fiance was devastated and rather than apologizing, the staff told her, "you didn't order the other dress because we all know you couldn't afford it." Worth the try!!! – After confirming my appointment with Impressions bridal I read the previous reviews from this website and admit that I was hesitant to go. WOW am I glad that I kept the appointment!! The price range, I admit, was completely not anywhere near what my mom and I had budgeted for and we certainly aren?t uppity people, but when you find ?the one? there?s little that can change your mind. elegant & unique dresses, wonderful service – Gorgeous, unique wedding gowns in a posh setting with wonderful service. I made an appointment and worked with Stephanie who did an excellent job selecting dresses based on my criteria and body type. This was truely an enjoyable experience for myself, my mother, and my mother-in-law to be. One word of caution: the dresses are expensive!! Expect prices to start around $4000 and climb quickly.

Best Customer Service and the Most Elegant Wedding Dresses in Atlanta – I had an amazing experience at Impressions. Best Bridal Experience in Atlanta! – Impressions Bridal Salon was my first stop when I was looking for my wedding gown, and I was thrilled with the experience. I was anxious because it was my first time trying on wedding dresses, but the atmosphere and employees made me feel right at home. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY – Impressions Bridal left quite an impression on me and my two bridesmaids. Our appointment was of little value to our sales associate, Wayne. When selecting dresses, I was insulted when it was suggested that I would be unable to afford them- ala Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. We were the only clients in the store, you would have thought that any sale would have been a value. Instead, they have lost 3 clients and all of our friends and family. Please be aware of your actions.
