I am so thankful to Annalee for saving the day for my daughter! We had scheduled a hair appt over three weeks ago, at a different local salon, and had them cancel on me the day of the appt. When I called Annalee and asked about getting an appt ASAP, she said April 10th was her earliest appt. When I shared with her that we were leaving in four days for a cruise, she made it happen. Nikki is awesome!! Went in today with long, curly, unruly hair - didn't really know what I wanted, just that I wanted it gone!! She took the time to help me decide on a style that would work with my hair type... and I LOVE it!!!! Pretty sure she cut off a couple pounds of hair, and it feels so much better and looks amazing!! I feel like a new person... � I had told her that I let my boyfriend know I was getting my hair cut today but had no idea what I'd look like when I got home... Lol! I was so disappointed when Britney “filled” an appointment I had made and I had to leave in a long vacation without a haircut. She gave no excuse. My appointment had been confirmed and she decided to bag it. Shameful business practice. I would not ever rely on this salon, or certainly not on Britney.
I came back again recently to get highlights by nicki I felt relaxed, the staff and owners were very friendly and I love my hair now! Thank you
