He took the time to explain everything clearly. Although I didn’t go ahead with the job as my insurance wrote my car off, I really appreciated the professional and courteous service, especially when I was feeling stressed about my car. Highly recommend them for anyone needing smash repair services!
We had our car repaired this month at Impressions Smash Repairs. Chico was great to deal with, very straightforward and clear about the repair process. The repairs were faultless and the car cleaner than when dropped it off. And it was done a day earlier than advised. Highly recommend!

Chico and his team have done such a perfect job replacing my front bumper and the skid plate. He said the colour pearl white stage 3 was hard to match, but he managed to get it to look exactly the same as the original. It feels as though I have just purchased a new car.
