I recently went to Impression Smash Repairs for a quote and was very impressed with the service. Chico was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Although I didn’t go ahead with the job as my insurance wrote my car off, I really appreciated the professional and courteous service, especially when I was feeling stressed about my car. Highly recommend them for anyone needing smash repair services!
We had our car repaired this month at Impressions Smash Repairs. Chico was great to deal with, very straightforward and clear about the repair process. The repairs were faultless and the car cleaner than when dropped it off. And it was done a day earlier than advised. Highly recommend!

Chico and his team have done such a perfect job replacing my front bumper and the skid plate. He said the colour pearl white stage 3 was hard to match, but he managed to get it to look exactly the same as the original. It feels as though I have just purchased a new car. After a very tiresome dilemma with my insurance company, Chico and the team at impressions were kind enough to hold onto my vehicle until I could came to a decision whether to repair or sell. Chico also was gracious enough to evaluate the repair damage with both new and second hand parts so that I had access to the cheapest option. I sadly couldn't afford to get my car fixed without insurance but they understood my situation and were lovely enough to help me out without a charge.
