I have been going to this nail salon for years and always have had great service but this last time was my last straw they burned my thumb to the point it was bleeding and the guy kept saying relax relax well how can I relax when you just burned the crap out of my finger no sorry nothing acted liked it was ok, also I have always went in with my daughter and don't you think it would be nice to sit and get a pedi at the same time nope always split us up. Makes me sad how the service has went down hill..

I was cut on my bunion and was bleeding the man working the next chair had to tell her to stp the bleeding .She acted like it was an everyday thing to cut people no sorry nothing. No tip from me! I will go back not to her ever again!

I love this place! Nini is the absolute best with my hands! I Highly recommend Impress nails! Everyone is always professional & courteous, their prices are great too! I've been going here for 2 years and have always been treated wonderfully!
Absolutely the best place to get your nails done!! The people are terrific and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I trust that Jimmy will always stand behind his nails and I will always have him pick my colors.
