BEWARE! Anxious to use a gift certificate I had received for use on vacation I called Impres a week and a half before I was going to arrive in the Taverse City area. RecommendedVery relaxing environment
I had a 15 minute stress buster massage. I undressed completely waist up and was on my tummy. The lady came in and told me I had to be fully dressed. So as she was doing the massage she got oil all up in my hair and shirt. She also completely stretched out my top around my neck.
It’s great to go to professionals, skilled artisans, those who are the best at their craft. I sent my husband and he had the best experience. We love Rachel and the whole team for the knowledge and love for what they do. It makes a difference.
LOVED this salon and will definitely be booking with them from now on! They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The salon is very clean and welcoming. Staff was amazing. I had meg and she was so sweet and easy to talk to and gave me the best pedicure I have ever had!
Thank you Katie for taking care of my mom! When she asked me if there was anywhere she could go to get a “decent “ haircut in Traverse City, I told her that she could expect an exquisite haircut with any of the stylists at Impres! She is super happy 💗
