My sister surprised me with a spa day at impres salon and it was amazing! The facial was amazing and so relaxing. I also got a manicure and pedicure and the quality was fantastic. It is the longest lasting manicure I’ve ever had. Very clean salon and very knowledge and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Long story short, colored my hair with many semi-perm colors during quarantine. All colors faded nicely except the blue. I wanted it out so I took it upon myself the get a high lift box dye from the store. Turned my dark hair a copper/caramel color and the areas that were blue were now green. Called about two weeks ago and admitted what I did and went in for a consult. I'm new to the Traverse City area so I needed to find a new hair salon. I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. The salon itself is a lovely bright space. Everyone I encountered was helpful and welcoming. Sandra did a terrific job with my cut and color! I have never felt so pampered while simply having my hair done. I can only imagine how indulgent the spa services are! I can't wait to go back.

I went for the first time and it was the best experience I've ever had at a salon. I went to have an ombre done and brittany couldn't have done a better job, I am amazed with how it turned out. she did not disappoint one bit!
went in for gel nail removal and ended up walking out with them still on and paying them $22! never again. then she proceeded to ask if i wanna spend another $22 for another 10 mins of filing.....i went to family dollar right after got a few things and removed them myself. i have pictures of before and after.
Yesterday I went to Impres for a pedicure, first time visitor. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the salon is so attractive! Brittany was my “therapist”; she was so nice and gave me a great pedicure and squeezed me in for a polish change! Great experience and I will certainly be back and recommend Impres to other Northport friends for great service!
