Absolutely excellent service from Melbourne BMW today. In for 30,000 mile service. They performed all the necessary maintenance, thoroughly checked the entire vehicle, and sent me a comprehensive video and gave me a written summary. Chris Keefe kept me informed throughout the entire service appointment and made sure my vehicle was delivered after an excellent wash and clean inside and out. Outstanding service every step of the way.
