We made an appointment and showed up at 7am. There was no appointment in the computer. Chris in service said no problem, we may be having a problem with our scheduling system. He took our keys and information. Service and checks were completed and we were done and car was washed by 9am. Thank you Chris and service dept Mgr Mike.
The facility is spotless and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and polite. The service is top notch. I actually look forward to going to Melbourne BMW for my annual service. Every year, when we have our car serviced, we go to a different restaurant for lunch. It gives us an opportunity to explore Melbourne. Our service person, Eric, is always very friendly, informative and helpful.
