I had to take my new BMW in for service to fix a minor issue. I alerted my salesperson Mark who scheduled an appointment the very next morning with Service to fix it. Service team member Eric was great to deal with. He assessed the issue and was able to fix it straight away. This outstanding service is what I’ve come to expect at this dealership.
