My vehicle got stuck in ice and skid to the curb. I was afraid that I would cause damage to the vehicle and we tried calling Provressive which was our vehicle insurance. After an hour they gave up saying there was none available in their network. Then we tried reaching out for a few local companies to winch my vehicle out and finally Import Wrecker services were the only one to be at the spot in 15mins. Absolutely awesome towing service in Madison! I had a car issue and Tyler was able to come to my rescue. He went above and beyond his duty to help me in my time of need. He was very kind and understanding. I will definitely utilize Import in the future.
