Jim is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is working on my 2002 Volkswagen Passat that I bought at an Auto Auction it’s a project. Jim is an extraordinary mechanic. As a female it's already iffy trusting mechanic. It's like the see us coming an overprice everything because we don't know any better. Or they say they fixed something and put a new part on and didn't. Jim, you can trust him. He showed me my old parts and doesn't try to get you to add on services that's not needed he is very honest.
