Horrible. I was recommended this auto shop for my 2004 BMW that was leaking coolant. I talked to Ron who quoted me $3k (which is more than my car is even worth), and when I told him I was gonna have my mechanic friend (who sold me the car in the first place) look at it and get a second opinion, I was blind sighted with an $80 fee for the diagnosis. After my 10th time going to Ron, I think it’s time to leave a review. From going to him with my 2016 A4 to now my 2024 A5 for oil changes and simple check ups he continues to prove his knowledge. Recently had my check engine come on due to faulty sensor in my Audi and he charged me nothing for the diagnostic ! I always recommend people go to Ron and will continue to do so. If you have a foreign luxury car and want something fairly priced then check out this place !
I cannot speak highly enough about my first experience with Ron at Import. His knowledge and fair pricing have encouraged me to keep my high milage, AMG, as he will trouble shoot a problem and doesn't simple replace parts like a dealership. I will continue to take my other cars to Import.
I do not have enough superlatives to say about this repair facility. I first went to import motor car in 1990 and have been going there since. The owner Ron, is one of the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics you will meet. I have even met his whole family and that's the way his business is run. Ethically, with family values, and reasonable prices. I would give them 10 stars if I could
I've been a customer of Important Motor Car for close to 5 years. They provide excellent service at reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.
