I had to get my check engine light problem fixed and had gone to a few places to get a diagnostic before going here. About four hours after I dropped off my car the owner call me and tells me, "your car is ready and we had to replace the vacuum lines. I paid $250 and as I am leaving the shop to a meeting downtown, my check engine comes on. After my meeting I go to the auto parts store to get the check engine light scanned, it was the same problem. Lexus dealers confirmed they never replaced the vaccum line.
Horrible. This place has changed. The person in the front is a mere salesman that will try to rip you off to the highest degree. Do your homework and know how much parts cost. When I inquired why a repair was $300 more than a competitor, they claimed they had my estimate "mixed up" with someone else...shady.
