I took my sons BMW 525i there. We had it at another import shop located close to downtown Milwaukee. The other shop had no clue what the problem was. Import Minded found the problem and fixed it right the first and for a reasonable price. I will be taking my own BM there.
I recommend Import minded, I have had excellent service there for years the techs really look and check everything out and in your car. They offer fair prices on their work! Great place!

I'll make this short and sweet I don't write reviews but felt this place needed one went there they did a excellent job on my town car. Prices were fair and job got done quick the boys treated me with respect. I will be coming here again
I was vary impressed with how I was treated. I had a vibration in my steering wheel. The mechanic there took my car for a ride and came back. He put the car on the rack and started to inspect it. They then brought me into the shop to show me my problem and explained what they had to do to fix it. After they fixed my problem which didn't take long at all they offered me a discount. I was vary happy with the price and the result. My car was fixed and I will come back for all my cars needs from now on.
I love love love Import Minded! I took my car for many issues it had that anyone could fix and Import Minded fixed it all and in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, I felt like I have purchased a new car!!! Ever since then I recommend Import Minded to all my friends and family. Don't think twice where to take you car... Import Minded is where you need to take to car to be fixed.
I just finished taking my wife's Acura TL in for it's 105K service. Import Minded once again did a great job. My wife was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the whole experience. When she is happy I am happy !
Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this place,ive been getting my regular service work for years back when Rich was a technician there. When ever i came across a major or minor issue loren and the guys were more than willing to help me and explain and assist me as a customer. Great Company I have been taking my Acura RDX to Loren for over 2 years. They have done a great job and are always honest and reputable. Every time I get an estimate, the final bill is lower, never exceeding the original estimate. I am now sending my 1994 BMW to them for service. Outstanding group of people!
