Service is excellent! I work at a dealership and Dave is very knowledgeable he has my car running perfect. I would not take my car anywhere else and I have gone to the other import shops in town.
My experience with this establishment was superior from initial visit to picking up our vehicle after repairs were made. I have had work done at other so called shops that claim to work on foreign cars and was very disappointed Import is the real deal the owner lives and breathes import cars and has a tremendous knowledge of them. It was also great to deal with the office she also knows vehicles and does a great job of scheduling and keeping you informed all the way through until completion. You can’t go wrong here!!!
David always does a first class job very knowledgeable and meets his time frames and schedules and fair with his pricing for service. Thanks again guys for a great job.
I called this morning, they got my car in this afternoon, and had it finished by the evening. Their communication was excellent, everyone was friendly, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They even washed my car before returning it a level of service that’s hard to find in this town. Highly recommend!
