I’ve been trying to get in contact with them throughout the summer and finally got everything figured out and was told last week I could bring my vehicle to them. Just for me to pay and rent a u haul and be told we can’t bring our vehicle because the lot is full and then the woman hangs up in my face. That woman has given the worst customer service that I have ever experienced
