Very Good Service Just like to say these guys have worked on my cars for 10 years and I am very pleased with their service. Work is done on time and for the price I was told . I would highly recommend them.
Wonderful experience I had my mercedes 300E in for a problem with the a/c The car was at the mercedes dealership for the same problem and they said it needed a new compressor. Not wanting to put 1500.00 in a 13 year old car., I took it to import auto. The friendly people (Jill ,Mike) told me it just was corraded wire and a recharge. The repair cost me less than 300.00!!! Iam now ready for summer! Thanks Guys Frank .
Terrible service This place sucks balls... If you are looking for a place to get your oil change go to Walmart the employees are friendly and helpful. This place is not worth the time of day. I dropped off my car in the morning for something that takes less than 1 hour. I never received a call that the car was done either. I had to call and the very unhelpful receptionist said it had been done for awhile..please if you are thinking about going here save yourself the time and money an go anywhere but import auto works.
AVOID WITH YOUR LIFE & MONE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I am very upset with their service for mechanical work and for how they tow and take advantage of college students with no money. I first met this company when needing work done to my Saturn, not only did they not finish the job and offer a dealer that could, they broke my storage holder in the middle of the car and tried to glue it back together so I would not notice! A+++ Reading all the reviews, I feel that I need to clarify a few things. First of all, the "after hours" phone number is on the answering machine so, if you listen to the message, there is no reason that you cannot get in touch with the tow truck driver; secondly, the fee for illegal tows is accepted in cash or CREDIT....the only form of payment not accepted is CHECKS; and thirdly, the company provides all customers with rides to the impound yard and there is no charge for that. the worst mechanics ever Import Auto is the worst place you would ever go to fix your car at! if you have just one minor problem, you will end up having 5 or 7 problems with your car when visiting the Import Auto so they can charge you so high. Once my car had one problem and I ended up having more than 5 problems and the original problem persists and I was charged over $700! also, the mechanics there are NOT professionals as they rely on guessing which indicates they having nothing to do with cars.
