Nice operation, no showroom frills just a straight forward dealer with good clean cars. Easy to work with and fair.
Well worth the trip. Rob, the owner at Import1 is a more of a car guy and less of a used car dealer, which is a good thing. I never felt any pressure, we just talked about the car, his other inventory, then gave me the keys and said go for a ride. The car was exactly as advertised, very clean in and out, no strange noises, very tight. The customer service here is beyond your belief. This dealership IS leading the pack to where you wish they all could be. Give them a try and you will see what I mean. VERY IMPRESSIVE. The best experience buying a car you will ever have. Excellent!! A rare find.
I made an appointment to come pick up the trunk to have a mechanic look at it. When my mechanic was coming over to pick up the truck he told me it was sold on eBay. I received no phone call from the dealership that this was going to happen and also I never heard from them after that.Would not recommend this dealership

Buying a car online is a scary proposition. Bottom line up front, you can’t do better buying a car long distance than a purchase from Robert at Import 1 Motorsport.
