Very friendly and patient staff, taking time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the process and answer all questions.
They are not looking for new patients and do not need business, they will lack ability to follow up and do not properly offer new patient visits. The women at the front refused to reschedule our first appointment and said we could not be seen by their doctors if we were to miss it. Our first appointment keep in mind with covered insurance. They don’t charge a cancellation/reschedule fee, instead they wanted us to come in sick while they wore a mask. Great service and they are very respectful and caring
In 47 years of going to the dentist I’ve never been treated so good! Dr. Cozzens was so fun and made me feel extremely comfortable! I have seizures and they all made me feel very at ease. They were so kind and gentle with me. I highly recommend anyone there! The energy there is just so wonderful!!
