Imperial Tree took down a tree and removed a stump for us. It looks like a tree was never there. They were very professional and respectful of our property as well as us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. They’re the best

We took delivery yesterday on a partial cord. They were on time, courteous, businesslike. They worked with me to find the right place for the wood and stacked it neatly and safely. Their truck was clean and so was the wood and so were the workers. Nothing but good!
Would not recommend. Service was late coming out to perform quote. Secretary did not seem to grasp questions, did not return calls in timely manner, gave conflicting information to owner. Owner was polite but changed his mind on terms after giving quote. This service is unreliable and disorganized.
Honest, Reliable, Hardworking Company! – What a great company! They took care of my yard and did the best possible job I could have ever expected. I got a great estimate, they communicated every step of the way, came when they said they would and did the best possible job. My yard looks amazing. And the receptionist was wonderful. Outstanding Company! – We live in North Royalton and had seven huge trees on the property well in excess of 110 feet each. In addition to being hazerdous, the fall cleanup and leaves clogging the gutters were getting us down. We received 8 estimates of which Imperial Tree Inc. impressed us the most. Do not use for firewood. Order at your own risk. very unreliable. Never show up on time or at all sometimes. Always have excuses.
These guys were a few hundred dollars below the cheapest estimate I got and a lot cheaper than some of the other estimates. they did a fanastic job. They trimmed all of my three trees very well. they cleaned up so well, you'd never know anything was done in my yard. Highly recommedned.
We contracted Imperial to removed two trees from our property that required a crane. They were very efficient and had the yard completely cleaned up of all debris. You would never have known trees were removed from our yard, except for the stumps. Very happy with the price and the job.
Great Service, Hard workers & Exceptional Price – We hired Imperial to remove a tree, stump and a large pile of old rotted wood from our yard. I never had a problem with making or keeping any appointments and my phone calls were always returned. Our neighbor also hired them to remove two trees and he was very satisfied with their work too. We also found them to be significantly lower then all the other bids we received. I highly recommend Imperial Tree.
