I don't know why my previous review was deleted, but don't move into these apartments. I have a feeling this one will be taken down as well. The literal first day I moved in, there were German cockroaches all over my unit. I immediately reported it and they DID treat them, but it took a few weeks for that to work, and I also used my own gel bait. One of the best and safest community one could ever have! Nice and clean, quite spacious and kind neighbours. Couldn’t ask for better! Thank you Trina for providing us a smooth moving!

Our lease ended on January 31st and we did not have any intention to renew it. I will try to be as brief as possible listing the reasons as to why we feel we did not have a good experience in this place. Our lease began on February 01, 2024. The day we moved in, which was a couple days later, I checked every corner to make sure our unit was properly cleaned. I opened the refrigerator and found what appeared to be meat juice between the door gaskets. It smelled horrible. I attempted to clean it but the stains would not come o... read more
