The cleanliness and maintenance are going down. Moldy and smelly in the sit down bathing area. There is always something wrong with the jacuzzi or the steam room temperature control system . I noticed that the herbal steam room has a funny smell which could've been the herbs being old and not changed to new batch. Waiting to use up my prepaid tickets then go back to beach spa. Their food is way better than imperial spa.
If you want the best massage, ask for Mina, she is the best...
Nice and clean! ♡♡♡♡♡ definitely coming back for a scrub and massage periodically.
