Shower, soak, scrub, socialize, shower again, sizzle in hot clay ball room, sauna, steam, soak in the hot jet tub, rinse, repeat. I can go spend an easy 4-5 hours here and go home feeling like well cooked pasta. Love this place. :-)
They closed at 11:30 and we where getting reminder notices at 9:30??? They where the rudest staff, both employers were just horrible.!!!!
Loved all the sauna rooms especially the red clay, salt room, and ice room. You lay on mats on the floors. The heat from the floors feels great on your back. The time flew by. The acupuncture massage erased a months worth of stress. I can take on the world again. The food was also very delicious.
So, relaxing! Convenient and extremely clean....
I liked all the awsome different Saunas,terrific way to spend your day detoxing and getting your Zen back. One thing I didn't like was the tiny towels not even big enough to cover your body! I would have preferred Robes!
