We always seem to see mixed reviews online for Imperial Properties, but this depends on specific circumstances and things that may be out of their control. This was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve encountered. The team was untrustworthy, dismissive, and consistently unprofessional. They made false claims and treated me with blatant disrespect. Nancy, in particular, was incredibly rude and condescending completely unfit for any client-facing role. I strongly advise against working with this group.
I had a very disappointing experience working with this team. I found the conduct to be unprofessional and, at times, dishonest. I felt judged and misrepresented throughout the process. In particular, Nancy's demeanor came across as unnecessarily rude and unkind. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with them.
Outstanding management company! I'm new to all of this. When I listed my house as a rental I had no idea where to start. Lori brings experience and A+ professionalism to make everything easy. So many unanticipated issues have come up in the past few months. Lori, is fast to respond and has a list of professionals to address any issues - handymen, painters, plumbers, electricians. I was referred to Imperial Properties by a friend, who also had a great experience with them. I give them my highest recommendation!
Very unprofessional, strict and have a tendency to harass their renters. Do not do business with them avoid at all costs.
