Outstanding management company! I'm new to all of this. When I listed my house as a rental I had no idea where to start. Lori brings experience and A+ professionalism to make everything easy. So many unanticipated issues have come up in the past few months. Lori, is fast to respond and has a list of professionals to address any issues - handymen, painters, plumbers, electricians. I was referred to Imperial Properties by a friend, who also had a great experience with them. I give them my highest recommendation!
Very unprofessional, strict and have a tendency to harass their renters. Do not do business with them avoid at all costs.
Me and my family have been tenants for almost 13 years, nothing but positive things to say, the staff are friendly and if anything is wrong they send someone out immediately to do repairs. I recommend to anyone looking for rentals, or any other service they provide.
