Josh was great until he wasn't. He started missing appointments, let the pool go to yellow algae because of his lack of attention, had me purchase additional materials to rid the pool of it, then didn't clean the filters before installing the materials as clearly stated on the instructions. He hasn't responded to my calls or messages, and now I'm back to taking care of my pool, plus two others that I recommended him to. Their pools are in terrible shape also, and he hasn't responded to their calls either.
