Great place to live, new management in the HOA has really been doing an amazing job upgrading the community.
Great place to live, been here 6 years. Management is very responsive to any issues, and the volunteer board of directors are great and holding costs down and working towards improvements. Over all a nice comfortable place to live. Other reviews may differ, all that being said you will always find some folks who do not like living under rules. These same rules are in place to protect every owners financial and personal wellness and make for a comfortable living environment.
Beautiful community with a terrible association. Second week in a row our vehicle has been tagged — even though we own the apartment and were parked in guest parking with the parking permit validated and active. This time it was Terry, showing the new security guy “how things are done.” They’re far too strict with parking when there’s always plenty of space.
