Second week in a row our vehicle has been tagged — even though we own the apartment and were parked in guest parking with the parking permit validated and active. June 2025 - Question - Are there still rodent issues in Imperial Point Colonnades? Has maintenance of this complex improved? Can someone provide an update? Update 2022 - When I first wrote my review 4 years ago, I was hoping that some issues would be fixed. Reading the reviews that might not be the case.. I had to move from this complex due to maintenance issues. I believe this could be a great community but there are many long term issues that need addressed.
