I cannot thank the staff enough at Imperial pest prevention, we had a horrible horrific termite swarm today. We had nobody that would answer their phone due to the fact that it was a Sunday, and Imperial pest prevention was the only company that answered the phone and actually sent a man out to talk with us and help us. The technician sprayed our house to keep everything at Bay and under control until they could get out tomorrow morning to finish up the remainder of the job. My husband and I used imperial pest prevention today for a horrible German roach infestation at my mother in laws mobile home in Ormond Beach. They came recommend from our neighbor. We looked online and they had good reviews so we decided to give them a try. Also it was Saturday and not many companies would accompany us today. Jon and the team go above and beyond to provide excellent service. As an inspector, I appreciate their availability, customer service, honest work, and adaptability. I've never called Jon and received anything but his best effort to provide top notch service. I've seen the company grow exponentially in the last few years.
