excellent customer service from the spray guys and the office. truly a blessing finding yins. we were horrified after finding roaches in our new home. we don't have bugs like this in Pittsburgh. the office was so knowledgeable and helpful and the spray guy kicked but spraying for them. I would have no problem recommending imperial pest prevention for anyone in need of an exterminator.
Excellent pest control services, friendly knowledgeable spray guys and office girls. And the prices are awesome. We are new to the pest control services with our house but have had the lawn spray service for years. Most beautiful lawn in our neighborhood, always shades darker than neighbors with other lawn spray companies.
If you needing some roaches and bugs killed you need to call them boys at imperial pest control. What they spraying be working compared to the last pest control company we was using. They was spraying stuff that was like water. These dudes make you leave when they spraying and when you come back in you can smell that spray and dead bugs all over.

Excellent service! Imperial pest prevention had no problems getting rid of ants that kept getting in my cabinets. I used to spray raid day after day and they never went away until I broke down and hired an exterminator. My girlfriend recommend to try imperial pest prevention so my husband and I gave them a shot. The service worked very well and we have been pleased. Two weeks later and not one pesky ant has been noticed.
Jonathan was out today and did our wdo inspection we needed for our closing. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just wanted to share how how much he is an asset to your company and how well he represented imperial pest prevention. We will gladly use imperial pest prevention for exterminator and pest control services once we close.
Way better than other pest control companies we have used. We recently switched to imperial pest prevention after our last exterminator company didn't seem to keep things under control. Great customer service, polite, great pricing and extremely professional. We had John do our termite wdo inspection. He went under the crawl space, in the home, all of attic and was very thorough. I would have no problem recommending imperial pest prevention to anyone who may be in need of a pest control company. I now have the pest control yearly program with them and that service has been really good as well.
