I normally don't leave reviews, but I never experienced this level of unprofessional service before....We created a dental plan to stick to, and now that the money was finally together to pay for one of the treatment plans, the entire business has up and disappeared in secret. No phone calls. No nothing. Just up, left, disappeared, and abandoned...And then when I call their phone number it gets funneled to another dentistry that is wwaayyyy on the other side of town with no explanations about what happened. Instead of trying to see how the doctor could fix missing fillings that are causing pain she wanted to talk about veneers and how they could make money off of someone that has health concerns that are more important. Seemed very money hungry from the moment I walked in I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone unless you’re rich and want someone to fix you cosmetically. I would not recommend this office to anyone it was the worst service I have ever received. They canceled my appointment 3 times for no reason. They overcharge me on some simple procedure and told me I needed work that my home dentist said I didn't need. This is a horrible office.
Scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. Because of inclement weather supposed to be on that date, they sent a text stating it was cancelled and to call and reschedule. I did and they moved me from 1:30 to 4;30 the same day as the weather would be fine by then. 2 days later I received an automated text asking me to confirm for my original scheduled time of 1:30.
