The staff was very friendly and professional. They addressed my concerns and were transparent with fees.
I went to this dental office, mistaking it for an Orthodontist office which was my bad. Getting an appointment with them was a hassle due to their calls often going to a call center. I finally got the appointment figured out and made it. I was there strictly for a new retainer. They used their machine that basically scans your teeth so that they could make my retainer. I paid that day $255 for it. They scheduled me an appointment a couple weeks later for March 7th to try on and get my retainer. I get a call the day of the ap... read more
