I do not recommend this place to buy a car from!
I do Not recommend this place! Horrible experience! They sold us on a vehicle that had no title at the time of sale. Blamed it on my bank. Truth finally came out a month later it was their fault. Our sales guy ignored us as soon as I mentioned all of the issues we experienced with the vehicle, just on our way home. I have proof (emails & phone recordings). Luckily our local dealership got it right it in & the GM warranty covered most of it. Shocks are not covered. I figured they would make it right & fix them. I sure hope th... read more
I do Not recommend them!
RecommendedIn 2018 while my father was terminally ill with cancer, his Jaguar happened to be in for service and the motor blew during the visit. Have to imagine no fault of the dealership, likely bad timing. Vehicle was extremely low miles, however beyond warranty period. Dealership worked with the manufacturer for us, and the motor was replaced in a generous resolution. My father was pleased knowing his favorite vehicle would be taken care of. Congratulations to Jordan Aron for assembling the best Sales & Service teams ever. In particular, Connie in Sales knows more about the Jaguar brand than any man or woman I've spoken with! She was key in helping me purchase an XF which has been a dream to drive. It's a great reflection on Jordan to know that people like Connie are a critical part of what makes his team a winning team.
Loved the awesome Jaguars, wish I had one, just to Feel it, and drive it Too.
