Defective out of the Box Low Quality Parts. Charles doesnt have a clue what he is doing. Completely Scammed a Woman Coworker out of Hundreds of Dollars due to a Defective Alternator Purchased from them. Claimed Bolts were Missing and Replacee the Alternator again at Her Cost and Mysteriosly Replaced the Bolts with Toyota OEM that He had in His Posession to Replace, Scam. Go Elsewhere as these People will Rob You Blind.
3 years ago they put the wrong clutch in my truck a single plate and I paid for a double clutch 1300 dollars and also stole two new battery and replaced them with two off brand used ones and yes I'll buy parts there but I'll never let them work on anything agin!
I got a starter from them brand new it was bad I carried it back they exchanged it with a rebuilt I never got another kind of credit whatsoever I don't think that's right you pay for a new starter you shouldn't get a new starter not a reman if that's the case then they should give you some difference there but they did not so I'm looking elsewhere
