Horrible, since new Management took over, Everything is broken, not safe every door to every building does not lock or close cars are not safe, no repairs are made hallways stay filthy, mailboxes stay wide open and for rent to be this expensive ,the building went down I do not recommend this place anymore as soon as my lease is up I’m moving, I pay my rent faithfully and never been late and they will lose a good tenant. Red Oak Management should be ashamed of yourselves
Gave it a 1 star they said they movein ready I go to get a Application n the lady in the office told me she don’t no when some will be ready it’s only her n she have to clean up one for me to look at but after seen that it’s cats n dogs friendly, there too I told her I’m ok cuz they bring 🪳n bugs 🤮🤢I had my move in money even ask her how long she said she have to call some one n see…
I really enjoy living here I feel safe and the area is awesome I have been her for almost 3 yrs great neighbors and Mrs. Meeks in the Office is Awesome great attitude and a wonderful person. Thanks for all u guys do
