I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? We chose this business because it was local. It was a kitchen renovation to replace cabinets and update electric/plumbing. We were happy with the work until the final days when they sent a less qualified person to finish off the job. The company did make amends and the job was completed six months after the project started.

When we neared completion of the full kitchen, we did have a few additions to the project and a few snags which caused the project to take a little longer than anticipated. Like the client, we were not happy with the initial plumbing and we did come out a second time to rework it. A short length of trim needed to be installed, after their floors were finished by another company unrelated to us. By the time they had finished, we were out of the project.
