This guy is amazing. The construction and tile work is top notch. Also he does not skimp on the appliances. I almost missed working with Benjamin because I got him mixed up with another vendor and we thought they were Doug. A bait and switch. Luckily Benjamin is such a good business man he followed up with me and I discovered my mistake. Horrendous experience with Ben and Imperial Island. Gave me a quote and raised it multiple times with no reasoning. Lying about quotes on top of deception, along with a weird break down. Not sure if Ben was having a bad day, or simply doesn’t know how to operate a business. I would recommend looking at other more professional businesses.
