Living in the middle of a busy city, it’s been amazing to have such a calm and quiet place to come home to. The property has plenty of parking, a gated space, a large pool, and a beautiful enclosed backyard with green grass and blooming flowers that make it feel peaceful and welcoming. The apartment units are spacious, the laundry room is nice and well-kept, and the neighbors are friendly. There’s also a park right behind the property in the neighborhood, which is a huge bonus. I was in a tight spot and needed to find a new place to live asap. I found Imperial House Apartments and knew immediately that it was the perfect spot. It’s affordable & the property staff is amazing. Michael was so helpful with every step of getting into my first apartment. Super understanding and his no nonsense attitude gets things done around here:). Everyone that lives here is really kind and respectful of the shared space in the back.
