***UPDATED*** Unfortantely since the business was taken over by owners it's not what it used to be. Our latest robes are fine, but the dimensions are a bit off and I struggle to reach my hanging clothes. I feel the design guidance offered by John (the previous owner) was a huge part of what made this company great. The installers also made some marks on our walls which they then patched, but it's not a high-quality job. Such a perfection in work from start to end. Highly recommend. Mark is very experienced and design our robe so well. Sam & cody installed it as promised with so much care without damaging our home. They both arrived on time, very respectful and did an amazing job. We will definitely use your service in future.
Performed good job building and installing mirrored wardrobe doors but customer service was appalling. Lady on the phone was very hostile when she contacted me for half the amount of money that I should have paid when the mirrored doors were installed. I had not indicated that I was not going to pay the money, in fact I said "not sure what happened, let me check and transfer".
