I had a great experience at this furniture store thanks to Mr. Sohail.He provided excellent service—very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dinning set, sofa set and 2 bedroom sets.His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’d definitely recommend this store, especially if you get the chance to work with Mr. Sohail.
I don’t even see the point of arguing. Gave me a warranty and full replacement if ever damaged. After damage, when requested replacement, Nabi said that the meaning of warranty is different for him and the meaning of replacement is also different for him. I dunno what world he’s living in. But ain’t the one I’m in. So good luck to him.
Very Bad service and poor communication from the salesman Mr. Sohail He is too rude on phone and didn't listen anything. Don't buy anything!!!please🙏
Horrible service. Tremendously horrible. Poor communication when ordering, poor communication throughout delivery process. When concerns were voiced, they were straight up rude and such difficult people to deal with. The salesman was extremely rude. He was asking me to remain patient, when he was the one yelling at me over the phone. Then claimed he wouldn’t refund my order or even offer me with the return policy.
