Horrible service. Tremendously horrible. Poor communication when ordering, poor communication throughout delivery process. When concerns were voiced, they were straight up rude and such difficult people to deal with. The salesman was extremely rude. He was asking me to remain patient, when he was the one yelling at me over the phone. Then claimed he wouldn’t refund my order or even offer me with the return policy. Awesome, For home furnishings…..
I bought a sofa and the manager was very helpful. He gave me a good price including delivery. They first brought the wrong pillow, but they took it back and delivered the correct one.
I recently purchased a dining table from here. They offered great service and prices. I do recommend to double check early if you are getting what you purchased.
