I bought a sofa and the manager was very helpful. He gave me a good price including delivery. They first brought the wrong pillow, but they took it back and delivered the correct one.
I recently purchased a dining table from here. They offered great service and prices. I do recommend to double check early if you are getting what you purchased.
The salesman assured me the couch I ordered was the exact same as the loveseat I had ordered prior from them. He said only thing was he could not do same material. So I picked another material that would match with my loveseat. I waited about 8 weeks and it was NOT the same couch. I did not get great service resolving the issue. I'd suggest NOT to buy as they only care about the sale. Your on your own of you have any issues.
This store is just an scam, very low quality, horrible experience whit the purchase for my brother. The matress sink after less than one month as well as the sofa, we send them all the pictures and We asked for matress replacement since it has warranty , it took us more than a month for respond and their respond was with a very bad attitude , very rude on the phone and email until we have to go to the store several time to follow up and finally they said no exchange for sofa but for same matress we have to pay for shipment a... read more
These are horrible nasty human beings they're rude and they just hang up the phone on you do not buy from them
