I'm a resident her now I've been her for more then 4 years. They have massive turnover her I know of 15 administrator and 13 DONs since being her. Not to mention the nurses and nurses aids turnover !
The midnight shift is horrible. My loved one was treated as if she were nothing. First night there, they missed her meds. She's a diabetic and they didn't check her blood sugar and ended up missing her insulin. I would not recommend this facilty to anyone.
Not to happy with management. Not very honest ppl. Facility looks nice. Looks isn't enough.
I worked there a month most staff is rude. Hard to get help with residents. And they nust throw you on any wing even if u never trained on that wing so u have no clue where to get suppliers
