Imperial Rehab has held my aunt hostage for 5 days without the ability to contact anyone. She was transferred there from the hospital. The nurses and staff refuse to charge her cell phone. The room she is in doesn't have a working phone which is against the law. The nurses and staff refuse to bring her to a working phone. We do not know how she is doing at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mother in law hasn’t had a shower in over a week !!! They r on lock down and now she can’t even call us to let us know she’s ok !! We call and no answer . She sneaks and called and was crying her bottom was sore from not getting a shower . My fear is that they r not taking care of residents since no one can go in or visit
I arrived last night and was greeted wit nothing but unprofessionalism ‼️‼️‼️ And is continuing as I type 😔 😔😔 I know I need to get better but I'm honestly thinking about leaving ‼️‼️‼️
Not enough linen...my mom slept under just a sheet for 3 days...smh
