The staff was very professional & helped me find a vehicle that I could afford. They were not pushy sales men like other dealerships. And they had hundreds of cars to choose from!! They also took the time to review my driving situations for work & personal activities, and recommend the perfect vehicle for me. Dean the sales consultant & Ian the sales manager were fantastic. They helped put me in the vehicle that I loved.

These guys really don't get customer service. Hacked the front of my new truck to get the snow plow installed. Said that they would replace the apron, get me the missing parts and make it right. Nothing yet....
I am very disappointed with their service. In few words, beautiful facilities, expensive cars, bad coverage, and their customer service is the worse after you pay. I bought a used car with only 2000 miles on it, pretty much new, then among many discussions the main issue is that they car gave me the car with only one key (no keyless despite it was described as keyless entry) After I paid, they made me feel used. Not Like Other Dealerships! – I bought my Jeep at Imperial Cars and it was a very nice experience. Sales professionals were courteous, friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone who was in a 2 foot radius of me greeted me with a very genuine hello and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, offering popcorn, beverages, etc. I found my Jeep and fell in love with it. We found Mr. Jionzo to be personable, accomodating, genuine, timely and a true gentleman. It was especially nice dealing with someone from our hometown area. Jeep Wrangler I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and had a great experience. Mark R was easy to work with, no bs and made the process easy. The dealerships are great and the on property diner is fantastic.
