Spent thousand on the extended warranty and then when you bring car to get fixed they tell you it will cost $500 for diagnostics. This was never explained when we bought car and warranty. Buyer beware.

RecommendedRecently bought a "new to me" 2021 F-150 from Imperial and I couldn't be more happy with the truck but more importantly the dealership. Haley was my salesperson and she was awesome! No pressure and she really listened to my wants and needs. I would highly recommend Imperial Ford to anyone looking for a new, or used, vehicle! Oh, and the showroom is so fricken cool!!

RecommendedFair, honest, and easy to work with. Wasn't pressured, which is refreshing. Their initial offer on my trade was about 10% over other recent dealer offers, and ended up a bit better after a brief negotiation. Purchased vehicle price was fair also. Other dealers wanted thousands more in some cases for comparable vehicle. Wife & friend's family enjoyed some food at the diner next door courtesy of a voucher from them while a friend and I were on test drives & finalizing deals. Would go there for next vehicle for sure.

RecommendedMichael Potenza was as professional as a salesman could be. He had the answers for every question that I had, and was very accommodating to my needs. The sales manager also came over and spoke with me. He made sure that I had all of the information that I needed.
