Imperial Excavating did an excellent job of filling in a 54-year-old diving pool. Communication with the front office was clear and timely from the start and they answered all my questions. I was able to choose from three estimates which outlined the process. Justin explained the work days beforehand and there were never any surprises. The guys did a fantastic job demoing a deep pool and big patio. From start to finish, nothing but professional work. They did not cut corners at all. You would never know a pool was there. They pulled the permit and inspection went great. Had a lot of bids and they were not the cheapest. I went with them based on reviews. I’m glad I did.
Thanks to Justin, Josh (and his crew), and Fatima for their hard work on this project from the quotes to the actual pool fill-in, tree stump removal, and cleanup. They always responded back right away to answer all my questions, were easy to work with, and made the process simple while working quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate it! We had a marvelous experience with Imperial Excavating this week during our 5-day pool removal! Fatima was quick to answer questions via email. Josh, the foreman/lead, was on-time, professional, informative, and patient with our questions. He and the individual workers were courteous, efficient, and hard working. Had them fill in an old pool. Every phase of this project was done competently and professionally. Got estimate via email only, which was nice. Fatima the office mgr and Josh and the crew were a pleasure to work with. Cant recommend more highly.
