I contracted with Imperial Excavating, after I read online reviews about pool demolition services. I communicated with Fatima in late 2024 to get a quote and mutual understanding of the work that would be done. Josh was the Project Manager who arrived with the Crew, and he walked though the project with me, describing what parts of yard would be affected by the machine traffic, and clarifying what the final look of the site would be. We are very pleased with the job that Imperial Excavating did to remove our inground swimming pool. Josh and his team took care of all the details including the initial estimate, obtaining the city permit, draining the pool, disconnecting plumbing and electrical components, trimming some foliage and taking down a block wall to allow for back yard access, demolishing the pool and hauling away the debris, backfilling and compacting the hole with dirt, cleaning the dirt on the street after completion, and rebuilding the block w... read more
