There is a house on Isle of Capri that has been in the beginnings of construction for well over a year and has had no progress. I recently learned that Imperial Development Group LLC is the builder. As I know the owner of the house, I am abhorred by the service and work ethic of this builder. No progress has been made in months of prime building time and now hurricane season is back again.
