i moved in on january 27th of this year and there was already problems. they moved me into a nasty uncleaned apartment. the microwave handle was broken, the closet doors broke off the track when we went to open them. there was just so much that got worse. after about three months of living there i started noticing these bites all over my body, turns out it was bed bugs and it was a new mattress. so the old management told me there was nothing they could do and offered for an exterminator to come and spray but it was only out... read more
I have lived here for two months. The apartments are acceptable for the price. However, the parking lot has no lights or security cameras, and someone hit my car. The maintenance gentleman and Ms. Valeria Rodríguez are very kind and friendly, but Ms. Amanda is consistently rude. It seems to be related to the fact that I’m Latina, as every time I ask her something, she treats me disrespectfully. I would recommend considering other options. I’m just waiting for my lease to end.
