I lived at Alara Apartments for six months, always paid on time, and left my apartment spotless. When I went to the office on September 10, 2025, I was told my lease ended in October, so I planned my move-out for October 18. I was even told everything was fine and that my deposit would be refunded in 30 days. RUN FROM ALARA APARTMENTS! I have been having roaches infestation for over 8 months and they would not do anything about it, just send Fox Pest which that doesn’t not work with the amount of roaches there’s in my apartment complex. I’m just waiting for my contract to be over to run away from this place. I have talked with the two of the manager's and they just tell me the same thing that they will be sending Fox Pest to stop the problem.
