I worked for this company for 2 weeks and was not paid. They deducted fees for equipment, if you didn't complete a cleaning in a timely manner or if you were late. They did not pay for mileage or travel and my supervisor was unprofessional. They have a high turnover due to the terrible working conditions. Once again, I cleaned for them for 2 weeks and was NEVER PAID! If you are looking for short term work in the *** area, please avoid imperial cleaning.

What a horrible experience, how poorly can you run a siomple business? I wanted my little tiny apartment cleaned, small living room, trafficked space only, a hallway about 6 feet long and a master bedroom, maybe 60 square feet? They advertise $90 for 3 rooms and a hallway (if you pay cash like a drug deal). The cleaner got there over an HOUR early AFTER calling me to confirm the appointment!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON FRIDAY FOR TODAY 12/07/2020 @ 11 AM; NO ONE SHOWED UP; I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THE GUY WHO ANSWERED HAS NO IDEA WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT; I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD SPOKE WITH TAMMY - HE SAID AHH SHE SET THE APPOINTMENT UP, HAHA WELL SHE CALLED IN TODAY; SO NOW WHAT? IM LOOKING FOR A HOUSE WITH A POOL; NEVER SAID CAN I RESCHEDULE OR NEVER REALLY SAID ANYTHING; WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STOOD ME UP TWICE AND NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING. WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHERE THEY WERE, I GOT HUNG UP ON.

I've had my carpet cleaned and was so amazed by the professionalism that was received. My carpets are fresh and in good shape. I would refer them to anyone because not only the service was great but extremely affordable.
