It sucks after living there I left traumatized from the bed bugs and roaches ! Pet deposit was real high and it’s a fee not returnable I was charged double for transferring apartments the first one had bedbugs the second had roaches I almost got raned over a cpuple of times walking my dog! They don’t return deposit nomatter what it’s a rip off I tell you don’t rent here. I like this place so far. Only been here for a month almost and the new people under management are nice and very friendly and good to us. The only thing I do not like is the laundry room, you have to pay to wash and dry clothes. Place might be rundown on the outside but the inside looks really nice!
They locked the laundry room so that no one could get in when there were obviously 2 dryers still running and even a laundry basket still inside. Now, I can't even get my work clothes out of there. They are not even answering their emergency maintenance line!
