In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

We bought a brand new Ram 2500 pick-up truck from Imperial in 2012. Three years later and the truck has cracks in the bed behind the cab. We have been trying to resolve this since early April. When I called yesterday the service manager told me he would have to resubmit our claim...no other information. He was very abrupt and said he was busy with recalls - not my problem. When I told him I was planning on filing a complaint with the AG's office he told me to go ahead. I recommend customer service training for this staff.
It was my first time at this dealership, I worked with luis allende, and got a jeep at a great price. I would definitely come back.

The coldest day in years was the hottest day to purchase a new truck for my wife i cannot explain fully i drove over 50 miles and from the minute i got out of my vehicle until driving away in our new truck it was the most pleasurable experience purchasing i have ever had. i don't think anyone there has the word NO in their vocabulary quick easy efficient 10 STARS
Hosted a wonderful event at the Imperial Room a couple of weeks ago! The room was beautiful, pricing was reasonable, and the staff was very flexible and accommodating. Many thanks to Gary and especially to Jacki for coordinating everything, and to Elaine for facilitating it all!
I purchased a pre owned Toyota Tacoma from Imperial Ford. The salesman Justin was great as well as the deal I got on the truck. Unfortunately the reconditioning/detail shop did a poor job on multiple occasions. The truck was supposedly reconditioned twice before I picked it up and was still not acceptable when it was delivered. After the third trip to the detail shop (truck was picked up after delivery and i was left a loaner), the seats looked worse then before, dog hair all over the head liner and still fairly abundant in ... read more
If I could give it a negative I would .. everyone was great and friendly and accommodating before I got my car .. now that they have the sale all I hear is no .. no we can't fix it .. no you will have to pay for it .. and what do you want me to do about the fact that this car isn't even 5 months old and it's been in the shop more than your driveway . I hate this place more than I can put into words
I couldn't be more thrilled with the car I bought at Imperial Cars! The staff was so helpful and made my first car buying experience wonderful. Thanks for all the help!
