Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I had the pleasure of viewing many cars with Ron Dulac. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the vehicles we looked at, made me feel comfortable and was not a pushy car dealer. Will refer him to my friend as I was referred to see him from a friend.
My experience at Imperial was wonderful today, thanks to my salesman, Patrick Wallace, and my visit with Business Mgr. Ahmad Al-Jallad was actually alot of laughs!! My husband and I recently leased a Town and Country Minivan. This is the second Minivan we have leased. Our salesman Jimmy Burke, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He made this process, which can be very daunting an absolutely breeze. Mike Walsh Jr. in Finance was also very professional and efficient. I was down at Imperial Ford today for my oil change. I love everything about the dealership; The service is excellent. Every time I need service for my MKZ, I call my salesman Justin Surtel to set it up for me. When I bring my car in I have no worries. Justin knows I have a very busy lifestyle and I can't always wait around for my car while its in for service, so he always has his demo ready to go for me. I would definitely recommended Justin Surtel and Imperial Ford for anyone who is looking for a new or used car.
I was dissatisfied with my service at Imperial Ford and, when I expressed my feelings in the follow up survey they sent to me, I was treated with disrespect and as if I was the bad guy for leaving a bad review. The issue itself was resolved but I continued to receive bad service and treatment. Many other people I know have had bad experiences here and I will no longer be bringing my car to this service department. It makes for bad business to treat an unhappy customer with more bad service.
We purchased a Jeep Limited from Rick Panorese at Jeep/ Chrysler. What a great experience. Rick was very knowledgable and professional. It took no time at all. No hard sell or pressure. I'll be glad to mention him to anyone that wants a Jeep
Just purchased a 2015 Flex from Mazen Najjar - and it was a nice, easy experience. He smoothed over a timing issue we encountered with professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely use these guys, and this salesman, in the future.
