There were a few things that needed to be fixed and they repaired the vehicle with no questions asked. Sam was our salesman, he went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. He never made us feel pressured one bit which made us happy.
Purchased a car from Imperial last year. Great car. However they were not honest about the car. They told me lies to get me to buy. The finance manager played a game with me and by the time I walked out, my payment was $100 more than I wanted and I financed $6k more than the purchase price AFTER I put $5000 down. Excellent service experience with Donnie at FORD service. quick, efficient, courteous.
Bought a one owner used 2014 Jeep Compass in July 2018. Took possession of it in August 2018. It is June 2019 and my guess is that there is an issue with the clutch, which is not covered by the extended warranty. However, I don't know what exactly is wrong with the car because I was promised that it would be looked at today and that I would get a call with an update, since I am paying for a rental out of pocket right now. I've been asked so many times : "why did you travel 160 miles to get your Wrangler - couldn't you find one in New Hampshire?" The simple answer - the folks at Imperial treated me with respect. They gave me space and didn't pressure me. When I was ready to buy - they gave me all the information necessary and worked with me to make it happen. Had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Garrett. He was very patient and informative when answering our questions and didn’t put any pressure on us to make a purchase.
On Saturday June 8th my wife and I picked up our Ford 150STX. We could not have been happier with the both Jim Burke our salesman (he sold me a Jeep in 2016 of which we traded in) and Bob Champaign the Ford Sales Manger!!! My wife had bought two cars with Imperial over the years and now I am on my second one. My experience at Imperial Chevrolet was good starting with Santos from internet sales who was an absolute pleasure to talk to!
