Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I would recommend Firas Ektilah, the salesman. He was so fair and no head games. Gave it to us straight up. We left him the same day we went in with a brand new Equinox and felt great about it because he was so honest and happy. We spent five hours in the dealership and the whole time we were with Firas, we laughed and joked and find just what we wanted! Firas is a good honest man. I worked with Firas at the Chevrolet dealership and he was so helpful! I was not planning on buying from Imperial again due to my first experience with a salesman there, but we went back because it looked like they had the car we were looking for and Firas made it so worth it. He was helpful and so easy to work with, if you go to the Chevrolet dealership I recommend working with him!
I had a good experience working with Junior and TJ. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions honestly.
We came in to the dealership to return our Jeep lease and we met David Leboeuf and he took all of our information and didn’t pressure us to get another car. We told him we wanted to save our vanity plates and he was able to jump through hoops to make it happen. We were in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. I was impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. When we are ready to get another car we will be back to see David. Thank you David for all your help.
Thank you Ford Service for the great service during my recent oil change. I left my car and was called promptly by Donny when it was ready.
You never answered the complaints from BBB or Attorney General on selling us a Lemon Nissan Frontier! next Federal Trade Commission and a lawyer.Almost $7,000.00 worth of repairs. Imperial did not offer any help. Do not buy a vehicle from them. Read the complaint on the BBB website.
Imperial Cars could be more transparent when car owners trade in there leases . I traded my lease to get into another have been doing it for years now and its been working for me . Not once have i had to pay for wear/over miles when i traded my truck in i was under the impression it was a clean slate as in the past nope got a letter 3 weeks later stating i owe 1,600 $ .
